I now have an inspiration blog, yay! Hopefully I’ll update it more regularly than my pinterest, which is dying a slow death.

Master Copy of Sargent’s The Mosquito Net.

Acrylic, 17”x13”

Super happy with this. A lot of work in just a week, I feel much more confident with paint now.

Stuck.

This was for a self portrait project we had for Digital Illustration class.

We had to use some kind of secret/hidden side from ourselves.
This is me feeling physically and artistically stuck.

The Witch’s Dungeon

Starting a new series of backgrounds based on the awesome lairs of the Disney Villains.
So many amazing ones to choose from! Pretty excited about it =)

Had to begin at the beginning of course, the (almost) fairest one of all, the Evil Queen and her dungeon of black magic.
Trying to make these more textured and atmospheric than what I’ve done in the past, and hoping my background skills will improve through the series.

Now, on to the next villain!

Zermatt 1961 Skiing Tournament

This was a college assignment, we had to create a poster for a fictional event using Ps. I wanted to do something related to the Matterhorn cause it’s been on my mind lately… And there it is in the background, the big peak. This was the first time I did all the type by hand, really like the result! I want to explore more of that in the future. Also first poster I did on Ps.

This was my final project for Perspective class.

My idea was that this castle was built throughout different centuries by different cultures, depending on who was reigning the land during that time. So the castle has a bunch of different styles from all over the world all built together.

Yay castles!
